Our normal service hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday, except Legal Holidays. Wafer on call service agreements offer 24/7 emergency service 365 days a year for our customer.

Based on the answers you give to a series of questions (size, quantities and weight etc) we will specify the type you require and you will receive a quotation from Wafer giving you a bill of materials and a list of the correct type.

If you wish to make changes to your original specification, just contact us, we will find your original quotation, make the amendments and issue you with a revised quotation.
